I liked how practical it was. With every new category, I tried to mentally apply it to my organization’s site. Now I have a lot to follow up on, but I think it’s very useful. I like the amount of time you spent on user-generated content- it’s giving me some good ideas. I’m looking at our website in a totally different manner.
