Learning how to lose weight fast can be a temporary fix when you need fit into a dress for a big event, but it is rarely permanent.  Not only because your body has an internal defense mechanism against crash diets, but also because as an individual you can only take food deprivation and strenuous exercise for so long, probably not more than two weeks, before you collapse and quit.  Therefore a good way to lose weight is to take it easy.  In your mind you should be ready to lose the weight, to throw those XXL sizes, you should accept the challenge that you are about to take.  Becoming thin and staying thin means a life style change, a forever health plan. So before you chose which plan you are going to follow, remember that it will stay with you forever, so chose right, follow through, be honest with yourself and give it some time to work.  Try for 3 to 6 months before you pull the plug, and if you do see a change, don’t stop.  Keep going!
